Meet the Team

Peter Wilkinson

General Manager

Peter has worked for Dairy Beef Alliance since inception of the business in 2001. He has worked in many different parts and roles of the business to develop and implement new and innovative characteristics of the business that we see today.

Working as the General Manager, Peter is responsible for all facets of the production system, which are in place to produce some of the finest quality beef in the world.

Emma Peters

2IC

Emma joined Dairy Beef Alliance in May 2024. With a Bachelor of Animal Science from UofA (2019), she has background knowledge in all areas of livestock production. Emma’s been in the agricultural and livestock industries for the past 5 years and her previous roles have allowed her to gain experience in livestock consulting, producer group facilitation, project management, research and data entry/management, livestock feed sales and more.

She joins the DBA team as the 2IC, working alongside Peter, she is responsible for all facets of the production system, which are in place to produce some of the finest quality beef in the world.

Helen McLean

Office Manager

Helen Joined DBA in 2020. Helen has an Environmental Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Background with a keen interest in Genetics. Helen manages the Office, Databases, and IT Services, and is responsible for analytical data analysis.

Michelle Thorn

Accounts Manager

Michelle joined DBA in February 2025 as Accounts Manager. With a background in construction, specialising in scheduling and estimating, she has confidently transitioned into the finance space. Michelle has quickly become an integral part of the team, applying her strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support the growing demands of DBA’s operations.

Helen Bromley

Office Administrator

Helen is our Office Administrator, responsible for data administrator and office duties. Helen runs her family beef farm in Warrenbayne and her family can be traced back to the first settlers in the district. Helen has experience in Dairying and calf rearing.
